IT Wizard - Pre and Post Sales Technical Support

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree with a High Technical basis, for example:
- - Computer Science / Information Systems / Computer Networking
- Proven ability to understand and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills: including telephone, computer and written
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microfoft Operating Systems (Desktop and Server)
- Experienced user of MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask, including being able to change direction on the fly
- Professional demeanor: appearance and attitude
- .... and, of course a strong desire to succeed as part of a team

PREFERRED
- Prior experience with networking and PC communications
- Knowledge / experience of web & video conferencing
- Understanding of security software and appliances
- Hi-level of knowledge of networking architectures
- Knowledge of HTML and XML programming

Software Sales

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree Preferred and/or High Technical Proficiency
- At least 1 year prior sales experience
- Technical knowledge or high-level of interest / familiarity with technology
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills: including telephone, computer and written
- Confident and professional online presentation manner
- Experienced user of MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask, including being able to change direction on the fly
- Must be a good team player with a high degree of self-motivation
- Professional demeanor: appearance and attitude
- .... and, of course a strong desire to succeed

PREFERRED
- Ability to qualify leads, conduct online demos, quote and close sales
- Prior experience with networking and PC communications
- Sales experience in software or technology products
- Web or video conferencing and sales presentations
